Q: Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?
A: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.
Q: How can you ensure the quality?
A: We have QC department to control the quality from the begining of production until goods finish.
Q: If you make poor quality goods,will you refund our fund?
A: As a matter of fact, we wont take a chance to do poor quality products. Meanwhile, we manufacture goods quality products until your satisfaction.

A:Our business scope is Stamping,CNC maching, die casting,forging,sand casting,precision casting,metal welding etc.
Q:Which shipping way will you use for the products?
A:For the light weight or the small size ,we will use the International express such as TNT ,DHL,UPS,FEDEX etc.These express company provide good service and deliver fast,it always take three to five days to arrive according the area you are in,it saves your time especially for the customer who in urgently need of the products.For the heavy weight(more than 300KG) and large size(more than 0.01CBM),we will suggest you adopt the way of shipping via sea,if you haven't the shipping agent,please let us to help you find a reliable shipping company,we will ensure that your products will be arrive you on a safe and normal situation.
Q:What's The Lead Time of Sample?
A:For the stamping sample, the lead time is about 12-18days, we have to make the mold.
For the machining part, it takes 7-10days.

A:Yes, we can, we can provide high precision parts and make the parts as your drawing.
